What your method statement (RAMS) result looks like

See how a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) review presents its findings. This made-up example shows the checks, the gaps found and what to ask for. It is not a review of an uploaded document.

AI-assisted document review. Check the findings against your RAMS and site before making a decision. This is not approval to start work.

What do the scoring terms mean?

A check is worth a share of the 100 points. Severity means how serious a gap is. A cap is the highest score the review can give when a serious gap is found.

Critical means a gap could lead to death or serious injury. Major means an important gap needs fixing before work starts. Minor means a smaller gap that would not affect safe working on its own. “No material gaps” means no significant gaps were found in the checks made; it is not approval to start work.
